Day Before Period Snot

Rodríguez + Tarantino = explosive mixture

What about "Planet Terror ? This impressive tape
Robert Rodriguez that worships "Grindhouse " and "Death Proof " from Quentin Tarantino , is a masterpiece of pure sadism, blood spurts and repulsive creatures.
Its plot is based mainly on what we were seeing in recent years: a lethal infection that no one is saved, but this is even more disgusting and cruel.
from human to undead walking deformed with large clots in his face every now and then explode and splash.
But this film goes even further. Rodriguez was encouraged to play with a dangerous topic and tear: the infection was caused by the same Ben Laden now slain. Is not the craziest thing we've heard and flown?.
This tape gives us all sides: a terror-style gore of the two directors, which in turn is funny how it is raised, but that does not fall into the absurd and perfectly accompanies the show, as there are scenes that really lend themselves to occasional black humor joke. We realize that we're making fun of a person fiercely hit by a truck, but it is best that is triple bloody and exaggerated.
On the other hand, gives us various stories within the plot: that of a dancer stripper (Rose McGowan ) being attacked by a zombie who cut a leg, his ex-boyfriend El Wray (Freddy Rodriguez - not related to the director) with whom he meets after a while in an old neighborhood grill and who also puts a powerful weapon that serves as the thigh, a lesbian nurse (Marley Shelton ) working with her husband and no doctor who supports, and an infected military who has her own cure ( Bruce Willis).
Willis makes a master of appearances, others are in charge of Fergie, Black Eyed Peas singer, Naveen Andrews already seen in several productions like Lost (Sayid) and Moses with supporting roles, and Tarantino himself impersonating a military despicable and degenerate.
This film productions parody horror directors like George A. Romero and Lucio Fulci and plays with a seventies style: the film is flawed image (the classic stripes that appear out of nowhere), photography ultra burned, jump and roll, something that fascinated me: the cutting of an erotic scene parodying the loss of the roll. In the '70s and even '80s, the directors did not stop filming such scenes, but that "cut" the rolls of film by way of censorship and personal use, and asking the public apology after the screening. In general, the scene following the cut, everything had changed, the partners had joined, some had already died and others were transformed.
The soundtrack proved to be flawless, excellent. Cuesta forget the scene where Cherry, the stripper take, is running through the wet pavement dead zombies and blood, his steps to the music, transferring a wall and jump to attack the army of infected the other side. That scene is one of the best of the tape, no doubt.
It's funny, everything seems exaggerated, fake, pompous, and I think really wanted to give that impression. Everything is on purpose, there is nothing accidental, everything is a perfect combo of images, sensations and sounds that are combined without boring without sasear, because we leave the room more.
Planet Terror, cloudy, dying, exaggerated, perverse and impeccable work.

Where Is The Quickbooks License

Another remake but very particular

" The Day the Earth Stood (" The Day The Earth Stood Still ") from Scott Derrickson could be analyzed in two very different ways.
The first is from the point of view of fiction as presented. Dr. Helen Benson is called by NASA along with other scientists and engineers in connection with a matter of national interest and secrecy. A large glowing orb has landed on Earth. When scientists come and try to have some contact with her, suddenly opens and a strange creature that is finally wound one shot by team officials. Take him to the operating room to intervene and to investigate and discover that reality is not an alien, as everyone believed.
From here begins a story that adds intriguing mysteries and unknowns rather than clarify. The film itself in slow, although the landing area is good at the beginning, the explanations about the creature who take their time, and that might not be a positive side of the film, because sometimes no means nothing.
But that's the moment when you say "let's give him another chance, all the tapes at some point disoriented." But it was not until well into and that the final low points.
This production (even in cinema) no longer a science fiction film to Armageddon or Deep Impact, with very good effects and good actors ( Keanu Reeves and Jennifer Connelly ) that actually give to other films. A shame!.
The second aspect to be analyzed (separately) is his message. Halfway through the film we begin to realize that it gives to think. The theme is varied, but there is a single bet and is perhaps why this production Stomp in this respect: the ecology and environment abused by the man with his carelessness and negligence, and this results in the environmental impact these times. This has to do with it is assumed that the fields are not mysterious to exterminate the human race as you would any hostile alien, but to save it. This issue is well addressed, since they start from the premise that human beings can not change their attitude of abuse unless the brink of near extinction. The nature of man is well and can not be another opportunity for change, and was given a while ago and missed it. This will come into your head and stays there, even though the end is not the best for his short development and little information. The outcome is presented to us really fast but we can not admire it, becoming poor.
The film is accurate, hits hard, is a call to reflection, a desperate cry for help from the world, and now ... as it is given all a muffled slap of nature.
Unfortunately, we are seeing more and more remakes and it is clear that Hollywood does not bet on nothing else, at least for now.

Let My Dog Hump My Leg?

Life (in) just ...

Sometimes life plays tricks on us and separates us from people we love and never want to leave .
But life does not act alone, but with destiny, who is responsible for typing at least part of our existence. Although
sometimes think that this is unfair (it is) and you do not deserve (that's right), everything that happens to us has its rationale.
And that is stuck to something else: to be "worthy of being " find what they are, to choose which path to take and with whom I journeyed.
The French film of the same name in English (" Va, vis et deviens ") directed by Radu Mihaileanu Romanian, specifically refers to this as well as touching topics ranging from the situation of hunger and malnutrition in Africa to the Jewish question in many of its attitudes.
This commitment is strong, thoughtful and complete. I can not say which element is missing to be perfect.
From the beginning the plot is already hard: Schlomo (Yael Abecassis ), a boy from a village in Ethiopia, is "left" by his mother who actually seeks to save his life to become someone somewhere else posing as a Jew. This is the Moses Project, which consists of the immigration of Jews to the "Land Pomet."
The boy goes through several months until it finds the ideal family, which every child wants and manages to knock that old bones.
But Schlomo is patient and hopeful, speaks to the moon, who personifies his mother and every day I say a prayer with the desire different reunited with her as one of their unfinished business.
The film is clearly a very well made drama that thrilled to the bone and moved to tears and that is the most hard since mankind exists: discrimination, unjustified religious wars, the bloodshed, the uprooting and fear of moving forward in a world that does not seem to belong. Schlomo
to fall in love, but the absence of his mother too much to re-brand to risk and give his life to someone.
The film is psychological, but we are not only intends to see the mentality of the character, but plays with our feelings, especially in the last scene of unexpected ending. I'm particularly at this stop: how to say? ... Extremely strong, excellent, and one is left with his heart in his mouth with a kind of internal bitterness. And this is how we begin to understand or evaluate many more things: the role of mothers in our lives that we can begin to change this world with just a bit from each, and that fighting for what we want or crave the end of life rewards us ... but after all this time, fate would have it, Schlomo may grow to face what was coming.
A truly fantastic story like few others, full of symbolism, with excellent sound track and scenery, excellent actors and a plot given to speak. Captivating
where it is viewed.
Sticking up for this type of film.

Another One Bites The Dust In Atalnta

A sign ...

"signal" is set in the 50's, amid a very heated political context not only with the recent death of Eva Peron. In this sense, the staging, costumes, photography and soundtrack are excellent, ideal to put us in tune with the times. Even different accessories have rented for the filming as well as collector cars.
But the rest leaves much to be desired. With a plot poor, unoriginal and a foregone conclusion from the middle of the tape, we can say that the actors that are a waste account for this production. It's a real shame to see Ricardo Darin (Pibe Corvalan), Julieta Diaz (Gloria) and Diego Peretti (Santana) embodying roles that lack of strength, charisma and intrigue.
Corvalan and Santana are partners in a detective agency for some time but not the best at what they do. Several cases they have gone wrong and work for minimum wage until they get in trouble for Gloria, a mysterious woman who has hired Corvalan and gotten him into a dirty game of power and ambition. Recommended by friend and partner, turns a deaf ear to the request to withdraw from the research.
As is, there is much money involved, but are exposed in the eyes of the mob and their lives are in danger. Corvalan ends between a rock and a hard fall in love with Gloria, who has little or nothing about her or the case. Corvalan work blindly but tricked her.
The film takes an hour and a half thick, and the plot does not help pass the time happy. The story becomes dense, with few turning points, little action and suspense away. Bored almost from the first minutes and does not understand anything until almost reached the end, which as I said, be sensed perfectly.
Most Argentine film productions are characterized by being slow in time and provide little information in a very long period. This is the case, because in reality the way to address the issue does not warrant that the film took almost two hours. The key to any good movie is "hold" the viewer the first few minutes so that interested then follow the rest of the tape. This production fails to achieve this task, putting an obligation to continue watching the movie just to see how it ends, albeit very reluctantly.
The only important characteristic of this production is that after the death of director Eduardo Mignogna, Ricardo Darin had the difficult task of pursuing the completion of the film along with Martin Hodara.
Slowly, very original, not interesting contributions or rollovers. An attempt Argentine drama thriller and does not challenge, not surprising or exciting.
